There was a flicker of bipartisanship on Capitol Hill this week. Following the successful military operation against al-Qaida mastermind Osama bin Laden in Pakistan, the Senate unanimously agreed to a resolution (S. Res. 159) honoring the members of the military and intelligence community who carried out the mission.

Social Security Administration Resumes No-Match Letters 4/14/2011
The Social Security Administration (SSA) has resumed sending employers no-match letters, Mary Pivec, an attorney with Keller and Heckman, told SHRM Online in an April 12, 2011, interview. The SSA stopped sending no-match letters after litigation arose in 2007 challenging a proposed no-match rule issued by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
